I'm a fat man in my early 30s. I weigh close to 350 pounds, and I ain't all that tall, you know? Until now, my weight hasn't really impacted on my health. But with a less and less active job and more and more beer and fried food, I'm starting to realize that I need to do something now. I do not want to wind up on the surgery channel being cut away from my couch. So here's my attempt to do this thing, change habits, eat healthy foods, and get up and go.
